If you live within the Greater Vancouver area, you can select 'Local Delivery' at check-out and your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days with a local courier service. Please include a phone number and buzzer number (if applicable) to avoid mis-deliveries. An additional charge of $7.95 will apply if a courier is unable to deliver and another delivery attempt is required.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on all items* (excluding sale items) that are unworn, unused and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. To initiate a return/exchange please email shop@obakki.com or call us at 604.669.9790 / 1.866.410.9701 to speak with our customer service team.

Please note, returns/exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from order delivery. Our team will assign a return authorization number for your return/exchange and send the return/exchange information via email. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Vancouver studio (this includes shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes). We strongly recommend selecting tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as Obakki is not responsible for any return/exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and exchanges will be shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving the original item at our studio. Please allow 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your statement. Obakki reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the return/exchange policy.
